Michael Fitzsimmons came to the Campbell Warburton firm in 1988 to join his father, John R. Fitzsimmons, one of the founding members of the firm. For more than 30 years he has litigated a wide variety of civil disputes including product liability, elder abuse, vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and construction defect. His years of experience often means he can secure a satisfactory settlement before a full court trial.
Michael enjoys many outdoor activities with his family and often entertains foreign visitors to the Bay Area. He and his wife often enjoy an evening out listening to music in Santa Cruz.
